Reese Cooper’s first brick-and-mortar outlet for his RC Outdoor Supply (RCOS) brand opened its doors in the Silverlake district of Los Angeles. The 806-square-foot shop, located at 3300 W Sunset Blvd, serves as a dedicated basecamp for the complete RCOS apparel range and the accompanying RCI footwear line. Designed in partnership with creative studio PlayLab Inc., the space is intended to function as a physical hub where customers can experience the brand’s technical garments up close. ## A Dedicated Space for Technical Garments The new store houses the entire RCOS collection, which grew out of Cooper’s earlier outdoor experiments that began in late 2021. Those early efforts were built on a decade of Americana-inspired outdoor design, aiming to create pieces that can move seamlessly from rugged trail use to everyday city wear. After debuting the RCOS line under the RCI umbrella in late 2024 and releasing four capsule collections through early 2025, Cooper took full control of production to ensure craft standards remain high. The retail space showcases a range of durable items, including taped-seam shell jackets, insulated outerwear, and garments made from specialized technical fabrics. A signature feature across the collection is Cooper’s trademarked Hook hardware system, which adds both functional and aesthetic value. ## Store Details and Operating Hours The Silverlake shop operates every day of the week, opening at 11 a.m. and closing at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Its address is listed as Suite 108, 3300 W Sunset Blvd, Silverlake, Los Angeles, 90026, USA. The storefront’s modest footprint is designed to focus attention on the technical apparel and footwear, offering shoppers a curated environment that reflects the brand’s emphasis on functionality and craftsmanship. ## From Trail to Street: The RCOS Vision Cooper’s RCOS line is positioned as a bridge between outdoor performance and everyday style. By integrating rugged construction-such as taped seams and insulated layers-with design cues that suit urban settings, the collection seeks to meet the needs of consumers who require versatility in their wardrobe. The inclusion of RCI footwear further extends the brand’s reach, providing a complete outfit solution for those navigating both natural terrain and city streets. The opening of this flagship store marks a significant step for Reese Cooper, moving the brand from runway-centric releases to a tangible retail presence where customers can directly engage with the technical aspects of the garments. As the first dedicated RC Outdoor Supply location, the Silverlake outlet is set to become a reference point for enthusiasts seeking high-performance apparel that does not compromise on style.
